This is a program that can play video in video chat software.
Virtual Webcam is a free software that adds the illusion of a real video camera in your system even when you do not have a physical webcam. It can play pre-recorded videos, photo albums in your favorite IM or video chat software. It is able to broadcast one single movie to all the messengers. It is compatible with Yahoo, MSN, Paltalk, CamFrog, Skype, AIM, AnyWebcam, and flash based portals. It is also compatible with all Windows versions including XP, Vista, and 7. What is shown to your chat partner is completely controlled by the user. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. The interface has a black color scheme that makes it look like a professional electronics equipment.
It has a preview area so that you can see exactly what video is being played. You are able to see and select which item is to be played. Creating the play list is easy through couple of controls. In the display area you are able to see the playtime of each clip. You can also select a source for the video to be going out. Effects and settings are available to make the video look different such as giving it an old film sepia colored look. The video player has the usual expected controls of play and pause, stop, forward and reverse. This is a very good product. If you are looking for a similar solution, this is a good candidate for a trial in your exact set up.
